• Chairman of TV Today Network Ltd., the private news broadcaster owning the number one Hindi language news channel ‘Aaj Tak’ along with English language channel ‘Headlines Today’, and ‘Tej’.

• Managing Director of Thomson Press (India) Ltd., a printing and typesetting company claimed to be the largest commercial printer in South Asia. He inherited Thomson Press from his father.

• Member of the Council of Management, Audit Bureau of Circulations (Chairman, 2000-2001). Audit Bureau of Circulations is an auditing organization that certifies the circulation, readership, and audience information of the member publication houses.

• Member of the Executive Committee of The Editors' Guild of India, an apex body of journalists.

• Member of the Council of Management, All India Management Association (Special Invitee), an apex body of professional management formed with the active participation of the Government of India and Industry in 1957.
